Shipping Policy

The shipping cost is included in the price of the product.
Those that travel to collect the product themselves will not have to pay for shipping.
For baked goods(that are transported by the provider), delivery will cost $30 per hour of travel.

There are no guaranteed refunds. Once the product is sent/shipped, there will be no refunds. However, if you cancel your order before it is completed, a partial refund will be issued in reflection of how much work has been completed.
You must pay for any work done for you. If you cancel an order or are unsatisfied with your product (when it fits the agreed upon description) you still must pay for any work that has been done on the product. All our products are custom and hand-made so any time we spend making a product specifically for a customer must be paid for.
