For just $35 per hour, we'll craft a delightful portrait tailored to your pet's personality. Each portrait typically takes about 4 hours to perfect, therefore having a general estimated cost of $140. However, every piece is unique, so we’ll start by providing a custom quote based on your personal vision and design complexity.

The possibility of a refunds is not guaranteed. No refunds are available once the product is shipped. If you cancel before the order is completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work done. You are responsible for paying for any work completed for you, even if you cancel an order or are dissatisfied with the product (as long as it fully meets the agreed-upon description.) All custom products are personalised and hand-made. Therefore, the time spent making them must be compensated.
Global shipping is available, and the cost is included in the product price, unless it exceeds AU$5, in which case the excess will be added. Customers who pick up the product themselves do not pay for shipping or packaging. For baked goods delivered by the provider, there is a cost of $30/h of travel.
