Portraits are priced at an hourly rate of $35, with A5-sized drawings typically taking around 7 hours to complete (average total: $245). Every piece is unique, so we’ll start with a consultation and provide a custom quote based on your vision and design complexity.

The possibility of a refund is not guaranteed. No refunds are available once the product is shipped. If you cancel before the order is completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work done. You are responsible for paying for any work completed for you, even if you cancel an order or are dissatisfied with the product (as long as it fully meets the agreed-upon description.) All custom products are personalised and hand-made. Therefore, the time spent making them must be compensated.
Global shipping is available, and the cost is included in the product price, unless it exceeds AU$5, in which case the excess will be added. Customers who pick up the product themselves do not pay for shipping or packaging. For baked goods delivered by the provider, there is a cost of $30/h of travel.
